Builds a new data frame whose rows are the results of applying the specified function on the rows of the input data frame. The function is called with the row key and object series that represents the row data. ## Parameters - `frame` - Input data frame to be transformed - `f` - Function of two arguments that defines the row mapping [category:Frame transformations]
