About this strategy

Static arbitrage - the medium-term mechanical trading system which trades a pair of two shares of one sector. All stock pairs are based on testing.

System Concept:
The system is based on finding a strong divergence of the two highly correlated stocks of one sector and byu / sell spread (the ratio of these shares).

One of the advantage this system is VERY GOOD diversification and hedging.

To trade stocks used in a 300K volume and price more than $ 5.

Money Management:

If you want to use your position size is caclulate it on the formula: your size / stock price and you'll got stock number which you must buy/sell.

Disclaimer:

Past results are not indicative of future results and neither Vendor nor C2 is responsible for unfavorable performance deviations. Do not subscribe to this system if you do not intend to dedicate the specified time for manual account maintenance.

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
