About this strategy

Stone Futures is a discretionary futures strategy focused exclusively on the U.S. equity-index micro contracts — Micro E-mini S&P 500 (MES) and Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 (MNQ). Positions are directional and driven by the manager's real-time reading of price action and market conditions, not by a fixed automated system.

The strategy is selective and patient — it does not trade every day. Positions are taken only when a compelling opportunity presents itself, so quiet periods with little or no activity are a normal part of the approach rather than a sign of inactivity. When the manager does engage, the style is primarily intraday — most positions are opened and closed within the same session — though a position may occasionally be held overnight when conditions warrant.

Trading is not limited to regular U.S. market hours: orders can be placed across the nearly 24-hour electronic (Globex) session, so an account enabled for extended/electronic trading hours (ETH) is recommended.

Trading micro contracts keeps position sizing granular and capital-efficient, making the strategy accessible to smaller accounts while retaining exposure to the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100.

As with all futures trading, this strategy uses leverage and carries a high risk of loss. It suits subscribers who understand leveraged index-futures trading and can tolerate the volatility of an intraday, discretionary approach.

Past results are not necessarily indicative of future results.

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
