About this strategy

As of April 16, 2018, this model was modified to a Dual Momentum Strategy.
Each Monday will open two selected positions of universe of 8 ETFs. These operations will be closed every Monday at 3.55pm. All positions will have a permanent Stop Loss price, which will be modified daily depending on market conditions.

This is a 100% quantitative strategy and opens the possibility of capturing high returns in the short term of the Volatility ETFs. Through the use of ETFs with a low correlation between them, we seek to identify market anomalies with a Low ratio: Risk / Reward.

The system has been backtested since 2012 and in this testing you have produced consistently profitable results. Based on this backtesting staking levels are set to target an average return of around 100% every two years.
Backtesting data is hypothetical and it has not been verified by C2.

My system generates around 200 trades a year. This is not a high frequency system, we would expect 4 trades per month on average. This is a purely mechanical system with no discretionary elements. If you wish to receive the results of the Back Testing applied to this strategy, feel free to request them.

I invite you to see an additional strategy that has been similar recording results: https://collective2.com/details/106187009.

Past results are not necessarily indicative of future results.

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.
